ClawDeploy ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by Cuemby, Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service at clawdeploy.cuemby.io.

By using ClawDeploy, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account information: Your email address and name, provided when you sign up (including via Google OAuth).
• Agent conversations:Messages and interactions you have with AI agents deployed through our platform. These are stored to power your agent's memory and conversation history.
• Integration tokens: OAuth tokens and API keys for third-party services you connect (e.g., Google, Notion, Slack). All tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before storage.
• Usage data: Basic usage metrics such as API calls, credit consumption, and feature usage to operate and improve the service.
• Billing data: Payment information is processed by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We retain transaction records (amounts, dates) for accounting purposes.

ClawDeploy runs on Cloudflare infrastructure, including Cloudflare Workers, D1 (SQLite), KV, and R2 object storage. Your data is distributed across Cloudflare's global edge network.

Integration tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. The encryption keys are stored separately from the encrypted data. Tokens are decrypted only at the moment they are needed to make an authorized API call on your behalf, and are never logged or exposed in plaintext.

Agent conversation data is stored in Cloudflare D1 and associated with your account. We do not use your conversation data to train AI models.

ClawDeploy allows you to connect third-party services to your agents. Currently supported integrations include:

• Google — for Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive access.
• Notion — for workspace and database access.
• Slack — for channel messaging and workspace access.

All third-party integrations are user-authorized only. We only request the permissions you explicitly grant via OAuth. We never share your integration tokens with other users or third parties. Tokens are used solely to execute actions on your behalf as directed by your agents.

You can revoke any integration at any time from your account settings. Revoking an integration deletes the associated token from our systems.

• To authenticate you and manage your account
• To run your AI agents and execute integration actions you configure
• To calculate and track credit usage and billing
• To send transactional emails (verification, billing receipts)
• To improve the reliability and performance of the service

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your personal data with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., Stripe for payment processing, Cloudflare for infrastructure).

Deleting your account deletes all of your data.

When you delete your ClawDeploy account, we permanently delete:

• Your account and profile information
• All agent conversations and history
• All integration tokens
• All agent configurations you created

Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by accounting regulations, but are not associated with any personally identifiable information after account deletion.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (by deleting your account)
• Export your data (contact us for a data export)

We take security seriously. Our measures include AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive tokens, HTTPS-only communication, and access controls limiting who within our team can access production data. We conduct regular security reviews.

No system is 100% secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to [email protected].

ClawDeploy uses minimal cookies. We use a session token (stored in localStorage or a cookie) to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a notice on the service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
